So, it has come to my attention that there is some confusion regarding the material from last week. Specifically, I'm hearing a lot of "the sub didn't teach us!" Well, GOOD!! I didn't want the sub to teach the material. Instead, I designed the lessons to be exploratory, so the students has to answer questions from the text to learn the material on their own. No blaming the substitute! :)
We covered Frequency Tables (Ch 2.1) and Line Plots (Ch 2.3) last week. The assignments are on PowerSchool if you would like to go over and practice.
I still don't have a voice, so I'll post the notes taken in class today. The notes are taken directly from the workbook that comes with the textbook. Students are not provided a copy of this workbook, but I occasionally assign work from it and make copies for the kiddos.
I have also posted the study guide and the answers to the study guide here on the blog. The study guide IS homework, so please complete it for the next class period.
